No More Diets!
Mindful eating simply means paying attention to the experience of eating without judgment. It allows everybody to tap into their own wisdom about what foods to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, and when to stop eating. There are no good foods or bad foods, no rules to memorize, no guilt or shame, no SMART goals, and no food journals. Mindful eating is not a diet or a weight loss method, but rather a way to step into greater awareness and pleasure around eating.
